After 17 days, they sent me a message that the refund was denied due to OYO policies. I had to call the support team again and everytime they kept my call on hold and it got disconnected automatically after 10mins. After 5th time, I insisted them to not put the call on hold or if they put on hold and it gets disconnected, I will proceed legally. Then they escalated to next level and again they talked to hotel operator and then they initiated the refund. They mentioend that it will take 7-14 working days, again. So much of frustrating process, isn’t it? I have been proud to see Ritesh Agarwal on bringing up a product like OYO and making it a world class one. But if they forget the basics like this, these lusters won’t last long and they may hit down zero.
